Failure to attend appointment will result in full payment needing to be paid before another appointment can be booked. At least 48 hours has to be given.
Payment method is cash only.
With your consent, Beauty by J may use photos of treatments or results for marketing purposes.
While we take every precaution, clients are responsible for providing accurate health information.
Beauty by J is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings on our premises.
By booking an appointment, you consent to us storing and using your information for appointment management and marketing (if opted in).
Clients are expected to treat staff and other clients respectfully.
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to treatments.
Certain treatments may not be suitable for some clients; we reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.
